Applications

For fixed installations on ships and offshore-units in alllocations and open decks.

The cables meet the flame test requirements for bunched cablesacc. to IEC 60332-3 and IEEE 45-18.13, and perform to the SOLASrequirements.

All cables materials are free of halogens. This design ensuresthat non corrosive and low toxic gases are emitted in case of fire.Therefore, these cables are especially suitable for theinstallation on passenger ships.

  1. Conductor: flexible tinned copper class 5
  2. Semi-conductor: extruded
  3. Insulation: EPR (cross linked ethylene propylene rubber)
  4. Semi-conductor: extruded (easy strip)
  5. Screen: tinned copper wires
  6. Common covering (only for 3 cores)
  7. Inner sheath: Cross linked polymer
  8. Armouring: tinned copper braid
  9. Outer sheath: Cross linked polymere, red
