Design

A 15 wires combined power/ data cable composed of

  • screened Quad 1.0mm²,
  • screened  Profibus pair AWG 22,
  • two screened DeviceNet-Buspairs AWG22 120 Ohm,
  • two screened Interbus-Pairs 0.25mm² 100 Ohm,
  • green yellow protective conductor
  • halogenfree, flame retardent PUR-sheath

Construction description

1. Profibus screened - 150 Ohm

Conductor: Cu-wire silver-plated, AWG22

Insulation: Foamed-Skin Polyolefin

Core Colours: red, green

Wrapping: special plastic foil

Screen: tinned copper braid, optical coverage > 85%

Wrapping: plastic shear foil

 

2. DeviceNet- Buspair screened - 120 Ohm

Conductor: Cu-wire silver-plated, AWG 22

Insulation: Foam Skin Polyolefin

Core colours: Pair 1: white/ blue

                          Pair 2: red/ blue

Wrapping: special plastic foil

Screen: tinned copper braid, opt. coverage >90%

Wrapping: plastic shear foil

 

3. Interbus pair screened - 100 Ohm

Conductor: Cu-wire tinned 1.0mm²

Insulation: Foam-Skin Polyolefin

core colour: grey/ pink, yellow/ green

Wrapping: special plastic foil

Screen: cu-spiral, opt. coverage >90%

Wrapping: plastic shear foil

 

4. Powerelement (Quad) screened 1.0mm²

Conductor: Cu-Wire tinned 1.0mm²

Insulation: Polyolefin

Core colour: red, black, blue, brown

Wrapping: Special plastic foil

Screen: Cu- spiral, opt. coverage > 90%

Wrapping: plastic shear foil

 

5. Protective conductor 1.0mm²

Conductor: Cu-Wire tinned 1.0mm²

Insulation: Polyolefin

Core Colour: green/ yellow

Wrapping: Polyester fleece

Seperating layer: non woven fabric admissible
