Construction

Phase core:

Copper conductor, finely stranded, tinned - inner conducter layer of conductive rubber, insulation of dielectrical and thermal high quality, ozone resistant ethylene-propylene rubber (EPR), compound type 3G13, outer conductive layer of conductive ruber (thermo-strip for easy removal of the outer conductive layer); conductive layers and insulation are applied and cross-linked in one process (triple-extrusion)- protective metalic sreen of mixed bried of copper wires and syntetic threads.

Three screened phase cores laid-up with one uninsulated earth conductor (...E) and two insolated pilot cores (...P) in the outerer interstices - inner sheath filling the outer interstices of the assambled cores - special material combination for the inner and outer sheath and a reinforcement made of syntetic theads which is integrated in the sheath - outer sheath of chlorinated rubber like polychloreoprene (CR), highly abrasion and tear resistant, flame retardant and oil resistant.

Core colours

Yellow numbers 1,2,3 on the outer conductive layer.

Sheath Colour

Yellow or black (according to the requirement)
